On behalf of the Compton Chamber of Commerce leadership, I, Dr. Lestean M. Johnson, President of the Compton Chamber, invite you, the esteemed members of the Compton business community and the residents of our city to join us on Saturday, December 9th at the Compton Public Library for the formal welcoming of the newly installed Compton Public Safety Commissioners.
The Swearing-In Ceremony for the incoming commissioners will be conducted by Honorable Judge Kelvin Filer.
Following the swearing-in ceremony, we shall reconvene for a celebratory meet and greet where the new commissioners will be officially introduced to the members of the community. The members of the Compton community will get the opportunity to meet the new commissioners in person.
