The Consolidated Plan is a five-year planning document required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to be submitted by all participating jurisdictions that receive HUD formula entitlement grant funds.
The funds covered in the Plan include the following programs:
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program,
HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program,
Housing Trust Fund (HTF),
Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program, and
Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Program.
