• Businesses with 1 - 5 employees: $350.00

• Businesses with 6 - 10 employees: $ 500.00

• Businesses with 11 - 15 employees: $ 650.00

• Businesses with 16 - 20 employees: $ 750.00

• Corporate Membership: $ 1,000.00

• Individual Member (non-business): $ 100.00

• Non-Profit Organization 501 (c) (3), Charitable, Religious, or Human Services: $ 150.00

• Government Agencies: $ 1,000.00
