On March 27, 2024, your Compton Chamber of Commerce lead the way to the public unveiling of the "KING HAHN STATUE OF UNITY" at the Archdiocese of North America Unitarian Universalist Church in Compton.

OBTT CAREER/EMPLOYMENT Workshops For Veterans During The Veterans Stand Down Event!
On the day of the 21st Annual "Compton Veterans Stand Down" scheduled for September 21, 2024, the Department of Veterans' Employment and Training Service is offering FREE in-person career help workshops for veterans, veterans currently serving in the National Guard and Reserve, and their spouses to assist them to meet their employment goals.
Two onsite workshops are available during the "Compton Veterans Stand Down":
11am-12pm: Job Fair Strategies and On-the-Spot Interviews
12:15pm-1:15pm: Networking and Professional Introductions at Job Fairs
