The ceremonial installation and swearing in event of the new incoming members of the 98th Board of Directors of the Compton Chamber of Commerce took place on Thursday, February 9th 2023 at 12:30 pm in the Auditorium of the Career Link / Housing Authority Building in Compton, California.
Oath Of Office was administered by Honorable Judge Kelvin D. Filer.

During the February 9th event, Compton Chamber of Commerce also celebrated the 100th year of its foundation. We highlighted the history of the chamber, Compton's business and community leaders who have been instrumental in the chamber's continuity during challenging times and its success throughout the years.
Looking toward the future, the chamber is more committed than ever to boost the economic development in the city by making connections, building relationships, and partnering with like-minded organizations, business executives, and professionals, community leaders, and elected officials in the region who share the same interest: making the greater Compton area a great place to live and work again.
